I'm Bryan McMullen, founder of Parent Assist Senior Concierge. For more than 20 years, I've built my career around helping people solve complex problems, coordinate important services, and navigate situations where trust, communication, and attention to detail matter.

Throughout my professional career, I've worked with healthcare organizations, large businesses, and individuals to manage relationships, coordinate resources, and deliver dependable support. Those experiences taught me that people often need more than information. They need someone who can simplify the process, provide guidance, and ensure things don't fall through the cracks.

As our loved ones age, many adult children find themselves balancing careers, families, and responsibilities while trying to ensure their parents receive the support they deserve. My goal is simple: to provide families with a trusted local advocate who can help coordinate services, connect them with reliable providers, monitor ongoing needs, and serve as an extra set of eyes and ears when family members cannot be there themselves.
