Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Parent Assist Senior Concierge, we believe in clear expectations and transparent communication. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and recurring billing are handled for our services.
Month-to-Month Service
Unless otherwise stated in writing, Parent Assist Senior Concierge provides services on a month-to-month basis.
Recurring Billing
By enrolling in our services, you authorize Parent Assist Senior Concierge to charge the payment method on file on a recurring monthly basis for the selected service plan, unless and until services are canceled in accordance with this policy.
Cancellation by Client
Clients may cancel services by providing at least 30 days’ written notice.
Cancellation will become effective 30 days after written notice is received, unless a different effective date is agreed to in writing.
No Prorated Refunds
Because our services involve planning, coordination, availability, administrative time, and reserved service capacity, we do not provide prorated or partial-month refunds once a billing period has begun.
Refund Policy
Monthly service fees are generally non-refundable once the applicable billing period has started.
However, Parent Assist Senior Concierge reserves the right to issue a refund or service credit, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion when special circumstances warrant such consideration.
Third-Party Services
Any fees charged by third-party providers, vendors, contractors, transportation services, or other outside professionals are separate and subject to that provider’s own billing, cancellation, and refund terms.
Parent Assist Senior Concierge is not responsible for issuing refunds for third-party services.
Missed Meetings or Delays
If a consultation, meeting, or coordination activity is missed, delayed, or unable to move forward because of client unavailability, lack of response, incomplete information, or circumstances outside of our control, no refund will be issued for time reserved or work already performed.
Company Right to Terminate
Parent Assist Senior Concierge reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at its discretion, subject to any applicable written agreement.
If we terminate services before the end of a paid billing period and determine that a partial refund or credit is appropriate, any such refund or credit will be issued at our sole discretion.
